Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1 bunch parsley

  • 1 bunch cilantro

  • Additional fresh herbs of choice. Oregano, thyme, tarragon are a few of my favorites.

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • ½-1 tsp. salt – to taste

  • 1/4-1/3 cup Olive Oil depending on consistency desired

 

Pulse everything except the oil in a food processor until well chopped. Drizzle in oil until desired consistency is reached. Season with additional salt if needed. Top your favorite protein and enjoy!
