Chimichurri Sauce
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro
Additional fresh herbs of choice. Oregano, thyme, tarragon are a few of my favorites.
4 cloves garlic
½-1 tsp. salt – to taste
1/4-1/3 cup Olive Oil depending on consistency desired
Pulse everything except the oil in a food processor until well chopped. Drizzle in oil until desired consistency is reached. Season with additional salt if needed. Top your favorite protein and enjoy!
